Born and raised in Louisiana, I have a deep
appreciation for how important good food
is for your family and soul. Growing up in
such a diverse culinary environment, the
local fresh ingredients serve as inspiration.

Now having lived about 10 years in Madison
Mississippi , I spend the winter months cooking
for hungry duck hunters at our family's
waterfowl outfit. This experience cooking and sourcing ingredients for many people from the plains of Canada to the prairie of Arkansas has built a solid foundation for a growing personal chef business.

My job is to simplify your life with delicious meals in the comfort of your own home or event, while freeing up your time and energy. Offering prepared meals, grocery planning/shopping, private dinner party services and more.

From cajun dishes such as gumbo and étouffée to health conscious options or high protein, I will work with you to customize a menu that is vibrant and memorable.
